Job Summary
Greet and engage every customer who walks through the store, understanding their needs to recommend the best products for their game. Deliver friendly, knowledgeable service while showcasing merchandise with confidence and assisting with purchases, returns, exchanges, and special orders. Maintain a clean sales floor, fit rooms, and stock areas, then help receive shipments, stock inventory, and track low-inventory items. Handle phone inquiries professionally and jump in wherever needed to keep the store running smoothly. Weekend availability is required.

- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs when needed
