Job Summary
Retail Specialist driving commercial performance across Finland-based store network; data-driven retail execution across assortment, pricing, and promotions; manage inventory, replenishments, and allocations; act as key user for retail systems (POS, ERP, SAP CX); develop Retail Playbooks; 2+ years retail operations experience; English and Finnish required; Nordic language skills advantageous; fixed-term covering parental leave through 31 March 2027.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience in retail operations, merchandising, planning, or store support
- Solid capabilities in sales analysis, forecasting, and inventory optimisation
- Experience with pricing, promotions, and campaign performance
- Hands-on with retail systems (POS, ERP, SAP CX) and digital tools
- Advanced- intermediate Excel & BI (e.g. Power BI)
- Languages: Fluency in English and Finnish
