Job Summary
Conduct regular shelf maintenance, product analysis, and promotional display setup across assigned Kroger territories to ensure 100% distribution and salability of authorized items. Rotate perishable merchandise, verify shelf tags, and maintain customer schematic stocking plans while selling and servicing principal accounts. Perform training demonstrations for store personnel, manage territorial records using PowerBI or Go Spot Check, and execute point-of-sale materials and coupons. Travel regularly between work sites, including overnight stays, operating a personal vehicle and manual pallet jacks. Maintain territory files, attend scheduled meetings, and exercise expense control within guidelines. Requires a high school diploma, current driver's license, and 1-2 years of CPG/grocery experience. Required Qualifications

- Clean Motor Vehicle Report
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle
- Ability to travel regularly between work sites
- Additional travel as needed, which may include overnight stays
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods (80% of the time)
- Ability to change positions between sitting, squatting, standing and kneeling on a regular basis
- Ability to lift and move up to 25-35 pounds
- Ability to lift and move up to 40-60 pounds
- Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls
- Ability to reach with hands and arms
- Close vision
- Ability to see objects, information on computer screens, and/or view written information from distances of 20-40 feet
- Ability to write clear and concise correspondence
