Job Summary
Greet every customer, understand their needs, and recommend products to deliver friendly, knowledgeable service. Showcase merchandise, assist with purchases and returns, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stock areas. Help receive shipments, stock inventory, and track low-inventory items while supporting team operations. Handle phone inquiries professionally and jump in wherever needed to keep the store running smoothly. Weekend availability is required. This role is part of Soccer Post's expanding nationwide team, where the community and culture of soccer retail come together.

- Willingness to learn product knowledge and POS systems

- Comfortable standing and walking for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs when needed
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Soccer background — player, coach, or fan
- Bilingual Spanish/English
