Job Summary
Conduct regular shelf maintenance, rotate perishable merchandise, and ensure 100% distribution of authorized products within assigned Kroger territories. Build displays, pack out product, and replenish secondary displays while maintaining salability and adhering to customer schematics. Sell and service principal accounts to ensure items are on shelf, priced, and tagged properly. Maintain territorial records, review sales reports, and utilize PowerBI or Go Spot Check to track progress toward goals. Set up promotional displays, execute point-of-sale materials, and coordinate with Operations on program execution. Establish rapport with store personnel, perform training demonstrations, and communicate via email and telephone. Operate a motor vehicle, use pallet jacks, and work in refrigerated environments with a flexible M-F schedule.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current Driver's License
- Clean Motor Vehicle Report
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle
- Ability to travel regularly between work sites
- Additional travel as needed, which may include overnight stays
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods (80% of the time)
- Ability to change positions between sitting, squatting, standing and kneeling on a regular basis
- Ability to lift and move up to 25-35 pounds
- Ability to lift and move up to 40-60 pounds
- Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls
- Ability to reach with hands and arms
- Close vision
- Ability to see objects, information on computer screens, and/or view written information from distances of 20-40 feet
- Ability to write clear and concise correspondence
- Ability to accurately exchange information
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to operate autonomously
- Strong personal drive for results

- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Desired Qualifications
