Job Summary
Help customers design the spaces they dream about by guiding them through our premium outdoor furniture selections, answering questions, and delivering a great in-store experience. Welcome customers to the showroom, help them choose products that fit their needs, answer phone calls and emails, share product knowledge, process quotes and orders, enter accurate customer information, keep the showroom clean and aligned with brand standards, support events and trade shows, and assist with tasks that keep the team running smoothly including shipping support and showroom maintenance. Requires 1–3 years retail/hospitality/customer-service experience, strong communication, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays; high school diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to three years of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service
- Clear, friendly communication skills in person and over the phone
- Familiarity with basic technology, including Microsoft Office
- Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings and Saturdays
