Job Summary
Unloads incoming merchandise, unpacks items, and prepares stock for the sales floor while ensuring inventory accuracy. Execute price changes, process damages and returns, and collaborate with supervisors to resolve shipment issues and set merchandise standards. Requires standing for extended periods, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 30 lbs overhead. Flexible schedule includes nights, weekends, and holidays. Full-time associates receive medical, dental, and vision benefits with 100% reimbursement of annual dues.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in retail fulfillment, replenishment, stocking, merchandising, distribution, or similar experience
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to climb a ladder
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs overhead
- Flexibility to work a varied retail schedule: nights, weekends, and holidays depending on business needs
- GED or high school diploma
