Job Summary
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming merchandise, ensuring items are stored efficiently and displayed according to standards. Unbox, tag, and display products on the sales floor while maintaining a clean, safe environment for customers. Execute price changes, process eCommerce orders for shipping, and handle online returns by inspecting items and updating inventory systems. Engage with every customer to offer exceptional service, stay updated on promotions, and champion product offerings. Maintain flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate cross-functionally
- Basic computer skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines and objectives
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to climb up and down a ladder
- Must be able to move throughout the store
- Must be able to lift a 30 lb. box overhead
- Must be able to maintain flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to quickly learn business acumen with appropriate training
