Job Summary
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming merchandise, ensuring items are stored efficiently and labeled for easy restocking. Engage with every customer to offer exceptional service, build lasting relationships, and champion product offerings. Accurately pick, pack, and prepare eCommerce orders for shipping while maintaining a clean, safe environment. Handle customer returns by inspecting items and updating inventory systems. Execute price changes and merchandising bulletins to maintain strong promotional presence. Provide consistent feedback to the Operations Manager on operational opportunities. Maintain flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate cross-functionally
- Basic computer skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines and objectives
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to climb up and down a ladder
- Must be able to move throughout the store
- Must be able to lift a 30 lb. box overhead
- Must be able to maintain flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to quickly learn business acumen with appropriate training
- Strong self-accountability
