Supervise, direct, and train store staff at the Marion Store to achieve daily operations, focusing on customer service, leadership, scheduling, and inventory management. The role emphasizes coaching employees, de-escalating customer issues, ensuring proper staffing, safeguarding company property, and upholding agency policies while delivering a positive donor/shopper experience. Requires at least 1 year of retail management experience (or related Goodwill/warehouse background) and a high school diploma or GED preferred, with hourly pay at $19.50 and a monthly bonus potential. Travel up to 25% in support of store operations, not a remote role.
