Job Summary
Greet customers, build relationships, and educate them on spirits, beer, wine, and cigars while delivering exceptional service. Oversee cashiers, stock associates, and sales associates to maintain organized staff management and promote liquor products. Lead team members through training, foster a sales-focused environment, and ensure adherence to company procedures for cashier, merchandising, and sales floor activities. Maintain strict safety and cleanliness standards across the sales floor, stock room, and bathrooms. Support the store management team in delivering a knowledgeable staff experience.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- Ability to work a full-time schedule as business requires
- 2 years retail sales, customer service or hospitality management experience, to include register transactions, identifying/resolving customer issues, and coaching peers
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude
- Value collaboration and acting as a team player
- Desire to develop knowledge of product and services
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge in spirits, beer, wine, and cigars preferred
