Job Summary
Ensure retail shops remain properly merchandised, stocked, and clean at all times. Oversee hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, and counseling of retail staff while enforcing company and departmental policies. Maintain accurate records of daily deliveries and transfers, uphold store standards, and communicate customer requests. Master systems including Ascent, EmpowerTime, and Manager Self Service. Requires high school diploma, two years of supervisory experience in high-volume retail, and ability to stand for extended periods. Flexible hours and various shifts required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two years of supervisory experience in a high volume retail operation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Basic knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of the Mohegan Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO) as it relates to employment
- Knowledge of Stratton Warren, Micros and NetVu systems
- Knowledge of Ascent, EmpowerTime and Manager Self Service systems
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
- Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours
