Job Summary
Lead the team during your shift, set the tone through your example, and deliver exceptional customer service to create memorable guest experiences. Open and close the store following established procedures, operate the register, and process transactions accurately. Coach, train, and support team members while scanning the store to anticipate where support is needed. Scoop ice cream, prepare waffle cones, package chocolates, and assist with handcrafted products. Restock products and keep the store clean, organized, and inviting to support a safe, fun, and welcoming environment. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll spend most of your shift on the sales floor, not behind a desk. Night, weekend, and holiday availability is required.
