Job Summary
Provide outstanding customer service, build relationships with clients, and promote sales for a wide variety of pawn items including tools, jewelry, and electronics. Process loans and extensions, negotiate terms for items to be pawned, and execute opening and closing store procedures. Supervise and coach store Team Members to ensure a friendly, respectful environment while leading through hands-on involvement. Complete the initial 5-week paid training program to transition to Lead Pawnbroker, with an option to pursue an Assistant Manager position after 6 months of training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of supervisor, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager experience
- Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Ability to read and manage customer needs
- Solid leadership
- Strong negotiation talents
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent judgment
- Strong time-management and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build solid ongoing customer relationships
- Engaging personality
