Job Summary
Provide outstanding customer service and build relationships with customers while promoting sales and making deals for a wide variety of pawn items. Process loans and extensions, come to jointly satisfactory terms regarding items to be pawned, and perform opening and closing store procedures. Supervise and coach store Team Members to ensure a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment. Complete the initial 5-week paid training program to earn a raise and transition to Lead Pawnbroker, with additional paths to Assistant Manager. Minimum 1 year of supervisor experience required; candidate must pass background check and drug test.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of supervisor, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager experience
- Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Ability to read and manage customer needs
- Solid leadership
- Strong negotiation talents
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent judgment
- Strong time-management and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build solid ongoing customer relationships
