Job Summary
Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) at EZCORP, Indianapolis, IN. You will provide outstanding customer service, lead and coach Store Team Members, process loans and extensions, perform opening and closing procedures, promote sales, and help drive a positive, compliant store environment. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of supervisor, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager experience
- Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Knowledge of commonly pawned items a plus
- Sales background a plus
- Bilingual a plus
