Job Summary
Lead and supervise store team to ensure outstanding customer service and achievement of sales goals. As Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder), you will manage opening and closing procedures, process loans and extensions, negotiate terms for pawned items, coach and develop Team Members, build customer relationships, and promote a positive store climate. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of supervisor, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager experience
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Knowledge of commonly pawned items, such as tools, jewelry, firearms or electronics, a plus
- Sales background, a plus
- Bilingual, a plus
