Job Summary
Provide outstanding customer service, lead and coach store Team Members, manage pawn loan processing and extensions, oversee opening/closing procedures, and drive sales and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced EZPAWN environment. Ideal candidate demonstrates leadership, negotiation, organization, time-management, and strong interpersonal skills; prior supervisory experience and knowledge of pawn items preferred. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of supervisor, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager experience
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Ability to pass criminal background check and drug test
- Knowledge of commonly pawned items a plus
- Bilingual a plus
