Retail Shift Leader

Lead and supervise daily store operations as Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) for EZCORP in Dumas, TX. Responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service, promoting sales and making deals for pawn items, processing loans and extensions, and executing opening and closing store procedures. You will supervise and coach Team Members to ensure a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment, support leadership development through a structured training path, and help advance to higher roles. Knowledge of commonly pawned items (tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics) is a plus; bilingual ability is a plus.
