Job Summary
Provide outstanding customer service, build relationships with clients, and promote sales for a wide variety of pawn items including tools, jewelry, firearms, and electronics. Process loans and extensions, negotiate terms for items to be pawned, and perform opening and closing store procedures. Supervise and coach store Team Members to ensure a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment while leading through hands-on involvement. Complete the initial 5-week paid training program to transition to Lead Pawnbroker and pursue further development into an Assistant Manager position. This role offers competitive pay from $16.00 to $18.00/hr, uncapped bonus potential, and structured career growth within EZCORP's family of brands.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of supervisor, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager experience
- Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Ability to read and manage customer needs
- Solid leadership
