Job Summary
Provide outstanding customer service, build relationships with customers, and promote sales for a wide variety of pawn items. Process loans and extensions, come to jointly satisfactory terms regarding items to be pawned, and perform opening and closing store procedures. Supervise and coach store Team Members while maintaining a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment. Complete the initial 5-week paid training program to earn a raise and transition to Lead Pawnbroker. This role offers a structured career path to Assistant Manager, competitive pay from $16.00 to $17.50/hr, and monthly uncapped bonus potential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of supervisor, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager experience
- Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Ability to read and manage customer needs
- Solid leadership
- Strong negotiation talents
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent judgment
