Job Summary
Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) responsible for leading store operations, opening/closing procedures, supervising and coaching Team Members, and processing pawn loans and extensions. Drive customer service and sales for a wide range of pawn items while promoting a positive, compliant environment. Growth opportunities include advancement toward Assistant Manager and a structured leadership path. Requires strong leadership, negotiation, organizational, time-management and communication skills, plus the ability to build relationships with customers and supervise staff. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of supervisor, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager experience
- Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Sales background a plus
- Bilingual a plus
