Job Summary
Retail Shift Leader responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service, building relationships with customers, promoting sales, and overseeing pawn-item deals. Lead and coach Team Members, supervise store operations, and execute opening/closing procedures. Requires supervisory experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, organization, time-management, and the ability to guide others toward career growth within EZCORP’s store leadership track. The role emphasizes developing others, ensuring a friendly and respectful store environment, and contributing to a positive customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 years of supervisory, key holder, or team/shift lead experience
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Knowledge of pawned items such as tools, jewelry, firearms or electronics is a plus
- Sales background is a plus
- Bilingual is a plus
