Job Summary
Supervise daily store operations, oversee responsibilities in the Store Manager's absence, and model exemplary conduct for customers and staff. Provide direction to associates, resolve customer service issues, and ensure adherence to health, safety, and security regulations. Manage inventory processes on shift, drive sales targets and KPIs, and handle escalating complaints as needed. Maintain staffing levels when requested and enforce company policies and legislation. Requires valid CannSell license, police background check, and First Aid certification. Full-time or part-time availability across all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Valid CannSell to work in a retail cannabis store
- Police Background Check
- Demonstrated sales and service orientation
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in the retail industry
- Cannabis industry experience
- Excellent time management and prioritizing skills
- Demonstrated ability to train and motivate staff
- Skills to monitor and lead by example
- Basic office administration skills
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office productivity suite
- Highly effective teamwork skills
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
- A well-defined sense of diplomacy
- Excellent teamwork and team-building skills
- Thorough understanding of applicable health and safety legislation
- A professional, responsive, and positive work attitude
- Ability to work any shift based on business needs, Monday to Sunday
- Ability to work nights, holidays and weekends and different location
