Job Summary
Supervise daily store operations, oversee responsibilities in the absence of Store Manager or ASM, and model exemplary conduct while greeting and assisting customers. Provide direction to associates, resolve customer service issues, and ensure adherence to health, safety, security regulations, and company policies. Manage inventory processes on shift, drive sales targets and KPIs, and handle escalating customer complaints. Maintain staffing levels when requested and uphold established store standards. Valid CannSell license, police background check, and two years retail experience required. Full First Aid certification is an asset.
Required Qualifications
- Valid CannSell to work in a retail cannabis store
- Police Background Check
- Demonstrated sales and service orientation
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in the retail industry
- Cannabis industry experience
- Ability to work any shift based on business needs, Monday to Sunday
- Ability to work nights, holidays and weekends and different location
- A well-defined sense of diplomacy
- A professional, responsive, and positive work attitude
- Thorough understanding of applicable health and safety legislation
