Job Summary
Deliver an exceptional guest experience through warm welcomes, product sampling, and passionate storytelling to drive sales and enroll members in loyalty programs. Prepare, serve, and package products including wellness bowls and juices while fulfilling in-store and third-party delivery orders. Support the team by guiding fellow members, onboarding new hires, and maintaining store cleanliness and food safety standards. Open and close the store as scheduled, complete daily checklists, and assist with inventory organization. Model elevated service and teamwork to exceed sales goals while ensuring compliance with all company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for health, wellness, and creating exceptional guest experiences
- Strong communication skills with a guest-first mindset
- Team-oriented with the ability to lead by example
- Ability to work in a fast-paced food and beverage, retail environment
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
