Job Summary
Shift Lead at Pressed Juicery leads in-store guest experiences and sales, modeling customer-first service, mentoring teammates, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Responsibilities include preparing and serving products (wellness bowls, Freeze, and juice), engaging guests with product storytelling, enrolling members in loyalty programs, training new team members, opening/closing duties, inventory and restocking, maintaining store cleanliness and compliance with policies, and upholding food safety standards. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, the ability to work in a fast-paced retail/food environment, and the physical ability to stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in food service, hospitality, or retail (preferred)
- Strong communication skills with a guest-first mindset
- Team-oriented with the ability to lead by example
- Ability to work in a fast-paced food and beverage, retail environment
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
