Job Summary
Process loans and extensions, perform opening and closing store procedures, and jointly satisfy terms regarding items to be pawned. Provide outstanding customer service while promoting sales and making deals for a wide variety of pawn items. Supervise and coach store Team Members through hands-on involvement to maintain a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment. Complete the initial 5-week paid training program to earn a raise and transition to Lead Pawnbroker. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of supervisor, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager experience
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Ability to read and manage customer needs
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent judgment
- Strong time-management and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build solid ongoing customer relationships
