Retail Shift Lead

Shift Lead role responsible for the day-to-day running of the store on shift, leading colleagues to deliver strong operational performance and a positive member experience. Focuses on execution, shift leadership, adherence to store standards, replenishment, deliveries, waste, markdowns, cash office activities, hygiene and housekeeping, and coaching colleagues to meet performance targets. Requires proven ability to lead, motivate, coach in a fast-paced retail environment, close/open duties, handle cash, deliver consistent customer service, and ensure compliance with food safety and health & safety standards.
