Engage and sell by actively approaching customers, asking questions to understand their needs, and using the PFE Whole Life Approach to provide tailored recommendations. Lead daily training and educational programs to enhance product knowledge, while guiding Sales Associates on benefits and sales goals. Operate and maintain store functions by leading open and close procedures, ensuring accurate cash handling, managing shipments, restocking displays, and maintaining visual standards. Clean and maintain the store environment by delegating tasks and participating in sweeping, mopping, and cleaning pet messes. Support loss prevention by fostering a culture of honesty and assisting with additional duties as assigned. This role requires a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays, with a starting salary of $22.00 per hour.
