Retail Service Team Member - Part time Truck Unloader

Job Summary
Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and ensure a fast and friendly checkout experience. Perform truck unloading, stocking and planogram (POG) duties; maintain store recovery and in-stock levels. Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production; participate in Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards; educate on VOC surveys. Adhere to SOPs and safety programs, interact positively with customers and team members, and support store standards and company values. Flexible to work nights, weekends, and early mornings in a public retail store environment; minimum 16 years old; equal opportunity employer.
