Job Summary
Deliver friendly customer service by helping customers shop, providing fast and friendly checkout experiences, and completing truck unloading and merchandise duties. Engage customers in the Rewards program and complete their enrollments. Assist with BOPIS and SFS processes, and maintain merchandise recovery standards. Adhere to Company policies, including safety and shrink programs, while promoting a positive image. Must be able to stand for long periods, move throughout the store, and lift heavy items.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to remain standing for long periods of time
- Ability to move throughout the store
- Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching
- Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment
Desired Qualifications
- Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
Additional Requirements
