Job Summary
Provide friendly customer service in a Michaels store, assist customers with product selection, operate checkout with cash handling to standards, participate in truck unload and stocking, execute planograms and Merchandise Recovery to maintain in-stock, well-merchandised aisles; engage customers with rewards programs and credit card enrollments, support omni-channel processes (Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store), cross-train in Custom Framing, adhere to SOPs and safety policies, and contribute to shrink reduction and store recovery. Requires standing for long periods, ability to lift heavy boxes, and flexibility for nights, weekends, and early mornings; minimum age 16+ per store policy; equal opportunity employer.
