Retail Service Team Member

Deliver friendly customer service in a Michaels retail store in Madison, WI; assist customers with locating products, provide fast and friendly checkout with cash handling, and promote the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards. Perform truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) maintenance; participate in in-store recovery to maintain a well-merchandised and in-stock environment; support Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS); engage in merchandise recovery, SISO and AD set duties, and comply with SOPs and company policies. Cross-train in Custom Framing selling/production; assist with safety programs, shrink control, and general store operations. Interact respectfully with customers and team members; hours may include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
