Retail Service Team Member Evening/WEs P/T

Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store, and find what they’re looking for. Ensure a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards. Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties, maintain store recovery standards, and participate in SISO/AD set duties. Educate customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments; assist with VOC surveys and Omni channel processes (BOPIS/SFS). Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production. Adhere to SOPs and company programs, ensure a respectful environment, and support safety programs. Shift includes nights, weekends, and early mornings; frame shop responsibilities and other duties as assigned. Minimum age 16; Michaels is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
