Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. Responsibilities include leading team members in customer service, supervising customer service levels, ensuring proper processing of online orders, managing retail returns and exchanges, handling special orders, and overseeing store opening/closing duties. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification. Preferred qualifications include retail sales experience, automotive knowledge, ASE Certification, and fluency in multiple languages.
