Retail Service Specialist

Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in areas of sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations; will assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of management. Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service, supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom, ensure proper processing of buy online/ship to store and related orders, handle returns and exchanges, ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store, communicate Zipline messages and manage merchandising tasks, ensure adherence to posted schedules, and perform opening/closing duties including securing deposits and the building. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply. Desirable certifications include ASE Certification.
