Retail Service Specialist

Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers while supervising execution on programs like Hi5 and Rock the Call. Process buy online/ship to store orders, handle special orders, and manage retail returns and exchanges accurately. Perform all store opening and closing duties, including day-end procedures, securing money, and locking doors. Ensure team members adhere to schedules and clock in/out correctly. This role supports the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, store appearance, and operations, with shift management responsibilities when managers are absent.
