Retail Service Specialist

Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers while supervising execution on programs like Hi5 and Rock the Call. Process buy online/ship to store orders, handle special orders and outside purchases, and ensure accurate returns and exchanges with correct refund methods. Manage store operations by ensuring telephone coverage, processing day-end procedures, securing money and deposits, and performing opening/closing duties including locking doors and arming security alarms. Assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
