Retail Service Specialist

Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers, supervising execution on programs like Hi5, Rock the Call, and Never Say No. Process buy online/ship to store orders, handle special orders and outside purchases, and manage retail customer returns and exchanges efficiently. Ensure all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, is invoiced before product leaves the store. Perform all store opening and closing duties, including day-end procedures, verifying deposits, securing the building, and checking delivery vehicles. Assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
