Retail Service Specialist

Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service and supervising retail showroom operations, including handling buy online/ship to store, transfers, special orders, returns, and invoicing before product leaves the store; assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of Store Manager; manage opening/closing duties, staff scheduling, and compliance with company policies; leverage bilingual skills (Spanish encouraged) to assist customers and support growth within O’Reilly Auto Parts.
