Retail Service Specialist

Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers, supervising execution on programs such as Hi5, Rock the Call, and Never Say No. Process buy online/ship to store orders, handle special orders and outside purchases, and ensure retail customer returns and exchanges are processed efficiently with accurate refunds. Perform all store opening and closing duties, including day-end procedures, verifying money deposits, securing the building, and arming security alarms. Manage shift operations in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager, ensuring team members adhere to schedules and clock in/out according to policy.
