Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders timely while handling special orders and outside purchases. Manage customer returns and exchanges efficiently, ensuring accurate refunds and correct merchandise staging. Perform all store opening and closing duties, including day-end procedures, securing money and deposits, verifying security alarms, and locking doors.
