Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers while supervising execution on programs such as Hi5 and Rock the Call. Process buy online/ship to store orders, handle special orders and outside purchases, and ensure accurate returns and exchanges. Manage shift responsibilities in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager, enforce clocking policies, and perform all opening/closing duties including securing the building and processing bank deposits.
