Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers while supervising execution on programs like Hi5 and Rock the Lot. Process buy online/ship to store orders, handle special orders and outside purchases, and manage retail customer returns and exchanges accurately. Perform all store opening and closing duties, including day-end procedures, securing money and deposits, verifying security alarms, and locking doors.
