Retail Service Specialist

Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers while supervising execution on programs such as Hi5, Rock the Call, and Never Say No. Process buy online/ship to store orders, handle special orders and outside purchases, and ensure all merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store. Manage customer returns and exchanges accurately, delegate merchandising tasks, and enforce adherence to work schedules and clocking policies. Perform all store opening and closing duties, including day-end procedures, securing money and deposits, and arming security alarms. This role supports the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, store appearance, and operations, with shift management responsibilities assumed in their absence.
