Retail Service Specialist

Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers, supervising execution on programs such as Hi5 and Rock the Lot. Process buy online/ship to store orders, handle special orders and outside purchases, and ensure accurate returns and exchanges. Perform all store opening and closing duties, including day-end procedures, bank deposits, and securing the building and delivery vehicles. Assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager. Ensure team members adhere to the posted work schedule and clock in/out according to company policy.
