Retail Service Specialist

Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers, supervising execution on programs like Hi5 and Rock the Call. Process buy online/ship to store orders, handle special orders and outside purchases, and manage retail customer returns and exchanges accurately. Perform all store opening/closing duties, including day end procedures, securing money and deposits, and locking doors and alarms. Ensure telephone calls are answered per policy and team members adhere to the posted work schedule and clocking procedures. Assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
