Retail Service Specialist

Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers, supervising execution on programs like Hi5 and Rock the Call. Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders while handling special orders and outside purchases. Manage customer returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately, ensuring merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store. Perform all opening and closing duties, including day end procedures, securing money and deposits, and locking doors and alarms. Assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
