Retail Service Specialist

Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers while supervising execution on programs such as Hi5 and Rock the Call. Process buy online/ship to store orders, handle special orders and outside purchases, and manage retail customer returns and exchanges accurately. Perform all store opening and closing duties, including day end procedures, verifying money deposits, and securing the building and delivery vehicles. Ensure team members adhere to the posted work schedule and clock in/out according to policy. Assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager.
